Our plan is to tell the OWA story on standup easels with text and pictures with the Ag quilt as background. We’ll showcase OWA and chapter projects as much as we can…crop ID signs, farm safety, auction gatherings.
With more than 9,000 things to Do, See and Taste, the 2013 Oregon State Fair (August 23 – September 2) is Where Oregon Comes Together … See You There! This is THE BIGGEST event in Oregon featuring all the state’s best, with the Fairgrounds becoming Oregon’s 2nd largest city for 11 days!
Our Linn/Benton chapter will take charge of the OWA state fair booth, but asks for your help. Click here to sign up to work a shift at our booth. Please note that we would like to have all the morning and afternoon shifts filled before signing up for the evening shifts. We’ve found that most of the traffic in our section of the fair happens before the 6pm shift.
