The Columbia Gorge chapter is currently not meeting, as our usual gathering place is a restaurant in The Dalles. Member Lisa Perry, a pear farmer from “Out on a Limb” farm in Parkdale, was recently featured in a KOIN 6 special “Oregon’s Harvest 2020” segment about farmers. This year included two dairies, one very large and one small, potato farmers in Hermiston, a winery in the Rogue Valley, and they interviewed Lisa Perry for the pear industry.
